Late payments beyond 30 days may result in project suspension or additional storage and maintenance fees. All pricing is in USD unless otherwise specified in project proposals.
Currency fluctuations and local tax implications are client responsibilities. We provide detailed invoices with transparent breakdowns of services, hours, and materials used.
Timeline & Change Management
Project timelines are estimates based on initial requirements and scope. Delays due to client feedback, approvals, or scope changes may extend delivery dates without penalty to DesignSovereign.
Major scope changes require formal change order agreements with revised timelines and pricing. We provide weekly progress reports and encourage regular communication throughout development.
Client responsibilities include providing content, assets, and feedback within agreed timeframes. Failure to meet client obligations may result in project delays or cancellation terms.
Intellectual Property Rights
Client Content Ownership
All content, images, logos, trademarks, and materials provided by clients remain their exclusive property. We do not claim ownership of client intellectual property and respect existing brand guidelines.
Clients guarantee they own or have rights to use all provided materials and agree to indemnify DesignSovereign against any infringement claims.
DesignSovereign Ownership
All custom code, design frameworks, development tools, and proprietary methodologies developed by DesignSovereign remain our intellectual property.
Upon final payment, clients receive usage rights for their specific project but cannot redistribute, resell, or use our frameworks for other purposes without written consent.

Support Coverage
